Description

The Deep C® Pile & Wellbore Dredging Tool (PWDT) is a highly capable dredging unit designed for challenging subsea excavation inside piles, conductors, and wellbores. Operated hydraulically from topside, the PWDT delivers efficient removal of sediments, debris, and even cement from within confined pile casings, making it a strong alternative to conventional airlifter systems depending on project requirements.

The dredging system incorporates both high-pressure jetting (supplied from topside) and an integrated low-pressure flushing system for loosening sand deposits. Sediment is transported out via the exhaust arrangement, ensuring clean and efficient pile interiors. An optional subsea camera can be installed on the suction head to document progress and verify final results.

See a video of the PWDT here.
