Mechanical Grapple Tool is engineered for secure gripping and release of flexible pipes without the need for hydraulic connections. The tool operates entirely through a mechanical engagement system, ensuring simplicity, reliability, and reduced subsea complexity. Designed primarily for crane deployment, the gripping and release functions are mechanically actuated, typically via ROV interaction. The tool is DNV-ST-273 certified and approved for lifting loads up to 2000 kg. A two-legged wire sling is supplied as standard with the tool.
